I am a ritualist, animist, and embodied folkloric wild woman, living on unceded Coast Salish Snohomish territory in the Pacific Northwest. As a mother, community herbalist, and bee priestess, I integrate earth-based practices into my life and work. With over 30 years of experience, I draw from a wide range of practices, including counseling psychology, herbalism, and spiritual guidance, to offer a holistic, trauma-informed approach to healing.

I earned a Master’s in Counseling Psychology from Bastyr University and a Liberal Studies degree in Culture, Literature, and the Arts from the University of Washington. My journey has included facilitating women’s creative retreats around the world, from France to New Orleans, and offering support as a doula, volunteer, and advocate in various capacities, including hospice care, sexual assault advocacy, and psychedelic support.

As a trained Somatic Experiencing (SE) practitioner, I bring a deep understanding of trauma, grief, and healing through the body. I believe transformative healing comes from both “bottom-up” (somatic) and “top-down” (cognitive) approaches. In addition to SE, I incorporate Internal Family Systems (IFS), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and psychoeducation on Attachment Theory and Polyvagal Theory.

My work is culturally responsive, client-centered, and rooted in an anti-racist, intersectional, and liberation-focused framework. I support individuals in navigating trauma, grief, anxiety, relationship challenges, life transitions, creative blocks, and more. Together, we explore healing through a holistic lens, considering both the individual and the systems they are a part of. My goal is to foster resilience, self-discovery, and lasting healing.
