Service Description

2024's retreats will take place on the San Juan islands for 3 days and 2 nights - a weekend away. Topics include trauma recovery, mindfulness meditation, eco-therapy, interconnection, with optional plant medicine ceremonies - individually designed for each participant and group - message to get on the waiting list now.
