The nature of thought
Updated: May 18
The nature of thought is to fall into patterns of thought that are typically of a spiral sort. This image of the self eating snake helps illustrate the idea that you have to work with your thoughts in order to stop them spiraling endlessly. This image also speaks to an alternate possibility at it's center. To center the self in present centered awareness cuts off the spiraling snake thoughts and we become just a part of things, a part of all that exists in nature. Just an animal body, breathing, able to let thoughts go as easily as they come.
