- Couples Therapy with Jennette
Jennette is passionate about helping couples build conscious, secure partnerships through an eclectic, collaborative approach that integrates multiple therapeutic lenses to support healing, growth, and lasting change. Humans are biologically wired for secure emotional connection, so relational distress is often a natural response when that bond feels threatened. Together, we identify the repetitive cycles that keep partners stuck and learn to see the cycle—not each other—as the problem. This creates safety to explore the fears, unmet needs, and attachment wounds beneath conflict. We help couples move beyond reactivity and withdrawal by developing healthier boundaries, addressing resentment, and learning practical de-escalation skills. Rather than debating whose version of reality is right, partners learn to become teammates. We cultivate vulnerability, empathy, validation, and clear communication so couples can express their needs, respond with greater openness, and approach conflict as an opportunity for growth. Jennette's approach includes: Helping couples build a secure-functioning relationship grounded in trust, safety, consistency, and mutual protection, while preserving curiosity, desire, and adventure. Understanding how attachment styles and nervous system responses shape relationship patterns and healing the wounds that drive pursuing, withdrawing, or acting out. Helping both partners recognize their shared role in relationship dynamics and take responsibility for repairing conflict, soothing one another, and strengthening connection. Teaching practical skills that deepen friendship and intimacy, including curiosity about each other's inner world, appreciation, responsiveness to bids for connection, and healthy conflict resolution. Supporting differentiation and individuation so each partner can balance intimacy with autonomy. Replacing destructive patterns such as criticism, defensiveness, blame, control, retaliation, and contempt with practical, lifelong relational skills. Compassionately holding couples accountable to their individual and shared goals. Relationships are living systems that require intention and care. They are also where our deepest attachment patterns emerge. When partners feel safe, understood, and aligned, relationships become more resilient and fulfilling.
- Learning to Love the Self Group
What if you didn't have to spend your life trying to become good enough? Maybe you understand where your self-criticism comes from. Maybe you've been in therapy for years. And yet there is still a voice inside that tells you you're too much, not enough, behind, failing, disappointing someone—or that everyone else deserves the compassion you have such a hard time giving yourself. Learning to Love the Self is a small, eight-week online therapy group for people who want to change that relationship with themselves. We'll explore how family, relationships and culture shape shame and self-criticism, and practice something different together: self-compassion, acceptance, connection and learning to relate to ourselves with greater kindness. Learn about culture's impact on the epidemic of self hatred and how to counteract it. Join with others in creating a community of support. Participate in a group focused on learning to grow more self love and self compassion. Group is open to all humans but limited to 8 people to assist in creating ongoing member support. We will meet on Wednesdays at 4pm - 5pm for 8 weeks next session is 9/30/26 - 11/25/26 We meet using a secure version of zoom, please provide the email to receive a zoom link. - Psychedelic Integration
Four Winds Therapy offers depth psychedelic integration for individuals seeking meaningful, lasting change rather than isolated peak experiences. Unlike standard facilitation models, our work is led by licensed psychotherapists with decades of experience in trauma-informed care, relational healing, and transformative practices. Psychedelic experiences are held within a structured therapeutic container that prioritizes psychological safety, nervous system regulation, and integration over time. Our approach supports integration across a range of psychedelic medicines, recognizing that insight alone is not enough—what matters is how experiences are metabolized into embodied change, relational repair, and sustainable shifts in daily life. With 30 years of experience anchoring psychedelic work within ongoing psychotherapy, we engage the deeper layers that often emerge, including developmental trauma, attachment patterns, grief, spiritual emergence, and identity transformation. Integration is not an adjunct to the experience—it is the intervention itself. Our role is to provide skilled clinical accompaniment before, during, and after altered states, ensuring that what unfolds is met with attunement, ethical care, and the depth required for real transformation. Please contact us if you are feeling called toward your own evolution. “Psychedelic experience is only a glimpse of genuine mystical insight, but a glimpse which can be matured and deepened by the various ways of meditation in which drugs are no longer necessary or useful. If you get the message, hang up the phone. For psychedelic drugs are simply instruments, like microscopes, telescopes, and telephones. The biologist does not sit with eye permanently glued to the microscope, he goes away and works on what he has seen.” Alan Watts

- Introductory Session
Having a good fit in the client-therapist relationship is integral. Research consistently shows that the quality of the relationship between the therapist and client is one of the primary predictors of client progress in therapy. Potential clients can use the introductory session to ask the therapist questions about their approach to determine whether it would be a good fit for them. An intro session also allows enough interaction for the potential client to form an initial impression of the therapist which can suggest whether there would be a good personal fit. A brief 15 minute introductory session is offered to assist clients in finding the right fit. What to expect: Your first therapy session will primarily consist of you giving background information to the therapist. You’ll go over why you want therapy and what your goals are. The therapist will explain their philosophy, their process, and other expectations they have for your work together. If there is a good fit you will schedule a follow up session. Introductory sessions by Four Winds are conducted online via HIPPA compliant software that protects client confidentiality and private health information.
